PMN Cancellations Policy

I hate it when people have to cancel training – but recognise that from time to time things crop up.

So, cancellations received more than four weeks before the event will not be charged.

Cancellations with less than 4 weeks notice will be charged at the full rate.

If you are unable to attend we will accept substitutes at no additional charge at any time.

Or we will let you attend a workshop some time in the future instead – without further charge.
