  1. Ha! Ha! Very few. Unless managers have been trained the PMN way – in which case they are potentially revised on a weekly basis and as much as possible shaped to bring the employees strenghts and passions into play!

  3. I guess it depends on what you mean by ‘actually deal with’ Sue. I think there are a number of organisations, both public and private sector that are starting to take seriously the question of ‘what are we trying to achieve here’.
    Admittedly it is still more common for organisations to expect employees to just get on with fulfilling the job description though…
