		<description>Also a cyclist I wouldn&#039;t need this, but unlike most bikes this is very easily folded which is valuable for commuting. If people want folding bikes they should really look at bike friday, which although expensive is the closest comparison to this product where one still cycles and gets exercise.</description>

Do I need to be so innovative, yes I do, I am a wheelchair user and am constantly frustrated at the lack of &#039;good&#039; innovation in the design of wheelchairs. lightweight, non bulky, but powered chairs just don&#039;t exist,but ideas like this could surely be adapted?

Motivation can be seen in two ways here:  

The first article assumes motivation is a sneaky way to get employees to do what a manager wants, which is true.  It is assumed that this is manipulation, which is also true.  We always always manipulate everything around us.  Between people, it is seen as bad.  

The second response article makes clear that motivation is letting the employee see how the progress of the organization also serves the employee&#039;s self-interest and letting their motivation build on their own.  If a person can see how something affects them, their motivation will build to either perform better or find another organization that serves their self-interest better.  It is a kind of compromise between the employer&#039;s interests and the employees&#039; interests.

In my opinion, it is the job of the charismatic leader to motivate people.  Motivation is giving the employee what they deserve from their hard work.

This excerpt notes how reward motivation is a natural and fair part of life and work:

&quot;Employees who create value deserve a proportionate share of that value and this depends on the proper negotiation of self interest.&quot; -Chitty (article 2)</description>
